Who played Elijah Wood in King Of The Hill?

While this is undoubtedly one of the more minor voice acting roles on Elijah Wood’s resume, there’s no doubt that his character is one of the funniest parts of the entire episode. – giving up everything he believes in just to come and protest with Luanne, and frequently sparring with fellow student Zack (voiced by Dax Shepard) on who cares most about “Luanne’s cause.”

Although some fans may think “King of the Hill” is a bit out of Wood’s wheelhouse, he’s lent his talents to various popular adult animated television series over the years. Some notable examples include his guest spot on “American Dad”; in which he played another student named Ethan who becomes enamored with Roger’s (Seth MacFarlane) teaching style and his appearance in “Robot Chicken”; in which he reprized his role as Frodo Baggins in a steamy parody of “The Lord of the Rings”.

While it might be hard to believe that Frodo Baggins himself made an appearance in the painfully southern town of Arlen, Texas, Wood’s guest role on “King of the Hill” is one of funniest characters of his acting career.
