Two policemen were nearly lynched by angry locals in Nkurakan in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The officer who arrested two drug dealers in Boti Falls in the Eastern Region was ambushed by locals on their way to their headquarters to pursue the dealers.
The backstory indicates that the officers, in fancy dress, arrested the drug dealers by pretending to buy drugs from them.
Upon receipt, they apprehended the two peddlers. Unbeknownst to them, these peddlers sounded the alarm that they were being kidnapped by two people.
An ambush awaited their arrival at Nkurakan in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
According to the details collected, without the intervention of the personnel of the central police station of Koforidua, these agents would have been lynched
