Trevor Daniel Jacob, 29, agreed to plead guilty on Wednesday to one count of destroying and concealing with intent to obstruct a federal investigation, officials said in a news release.

The crime carries a maximum statutory sentence of 20 years in federal prison. He is expected to make his first court appearance in the coming weeks.
