Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is reportedly in talks with Lazio over a free transfer this summer.
Towards the end of his 11th season at Spurs, the France international admitted that he wanted to leave the club as he has ‘desires for other things’.

Lloris has been a mainstay in the north London side’s starting XI since he signed from Lyon in 2012.
However, a new challenge is in sight for the 36-year-old as he enters the twilight stages of his career.
That could come in the form of a move to the Serie A, with Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport reporting he is ‘in negotiations’ with Lazio.
A move is said to be close for the Frenchman, with Spurs allowing him to leave for free given his service to the club.

Lazio are pushing to complete the signing of the World Cup winner where they can offer him Champions League football this season.
During their pre-season tour, Spurs revealed that Lloris is seeking a move away from the club.
“Lloris has been granted permission not to travel in order to explore prospective transfer opportunities,” they said in a statement.
He is now set to leave the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after making 447 appearances across all competitions.

Lloris has kept clean sheets on 151 of those occasions across the Premier League, European competitions and domestic cups.
Spurs’ first signing of the summer was in fact a new goalkeeper as they welcomed the arrival of Guglielmo Vicario from Empoli.
The 26-year-old could be set to become the club’s new long-term option in between the sticks.
However, Lloris may not be the only veteran player to leave the club this summer as Harry Kane closes in on a move to Bayern Munich.
