‘She looked unhinged’: Kari Lake opens up about confrontation with Mika and Joe

Failed Arizona contestant Kari Lake (R) recalled Thursday how she clashed with MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski at a Florida airport.

“Yeah, I happened to be at the airport, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and I was leaving, and I saw Joe Scarborough,” Lake told host Steve Bannon on the Crisis unit podcast.

Lake said Scarborough was “very nice”, but “Mika wasn’t very nice”.

“She started recording me without my knowledge, which is good,” recalls the former contestant. “And Joe said, don’t do this. Like he was a little disturbed that she was recording.”

“Then his manager, the manager you see in this picture, said, well, you’re a liar, and you’re an election denier, and you know, went on and you’re delusional and all that,” continued Lake. . “And I never once lied about the election. I tell the truth about the election.”

Bannon suggested that Brzezinski might have been jealous of Lake.

“I don’t think Mika insisted that he was nice to you,” he said.

Lake predicted that Brzezinski would not release the recording.

“I think she won’t, she won’t, she’ll realize that it was me that looked normal and sane, and she looked unhinged, and she said that I spent my days attacking him,” she said.

“I know Mika played this tape for Joe a hundred times to say, why did you say I shouldn’t do this?” Bannon intervened. “I know Mika’s types. She’s played it a thousand times for Joe.”
