Dorit Kemsley would be sued by a nurse who claims that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills The star hasn’t paid her the full amount due after helping Dorit recover from surgery.
In the past, reports have surfaced that Dorit’s husband PACK reportedly repaid a $2.27 million debt to a Las Vegas hotel.
By court documents via Radar Online, a private nurse named Natalie Vanderstay sued Dorit for allegedly stiffening her. Natalie was asking Dorit to pay $8,600 in damages.
The healthcare professional said, “I am a private duty nurse and have provided medical services for [Dorit]. [Dorit] had plastic surgery and retained my services for day and night care; to monitor and assess his pain and the administration of medications and treatments (as directed by his doctor). In addition, to meet all his medical needs and concerns.
She continued: “I submitted an invoice to [Dorit] once my services are completed and [Dorit] refused to pay me.
The nurse claimed to have worked for the star from November 16 to November 20, and the amount of money was calculated “by the hours I worked at my hourly rate of $100. I worked 86 hours at $100 an hour, which is a total of $8,600.
Natalie appeared at a hearing in April, although the Bravo actor did not attend. The woman claimed that legal documents were served on Dorit, despite her absence from the hearing.
In court, a judge reportedly ordered Dorit to provide Natalie with $8,675. From now on, Natalie is demanding that Dorit come to court with financial records, to help determine how this debt can be collected.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 is set to air in November on Bravo.
