The pregnant reality star, 33, also opened up to her followers, admitting her changing body has made her feel empowered.
With her right arm across her chest to protect her modesty, Laura sat on both knees while taking the nude mirror selfie.
She wrote alongside, “The female body is an incredible capsule, a capsule I will never quite understand.

“I have never felt so powerful physically and mentally. Some days, of course, can be hard to feel my best (pregnant or not), but I find that doing one little thing just for me can really boost my confidence and give me a boost.
The blonde bombshell wore her locks long, showing off her impressive tattoos as she smiled for the camera.
Her post continued to explain that she used a fake tan to help her feel good and shared a discount code with her followers.

Laura is expecting her first child with ex-boyfriend Gary Lucy, 41, after the pair met on Celebs Go Dating last year.
The empowering post comes after Laura revealed she had been trolled and asked people to back off.
Posting a photo of herself cradling her bump, she captioned it:
‘To people who have a weirdly negative connotation with a woman cradling their baby bump – unfortunately I will be growing a human being inside of me for the next 5 months and probably won’t know where to put my hands in a photo.
