Model Paulina Porizkova is “grateful” for her “lightning tour” through Central Europe.
Following the release of her latest collection of personal essays, “No Filter: The Good, The Bad, and The Beautiful,” the Czech-born model is touring Europe with her new boyfriend: the showrunner of “Will & Grace”. Jeff Greenstein.
Paulina Porzikova doesn’t take her whirlwind Central European tour for granted!
The “Anna” actress is no stranger to traveling around the world, but this time she makes sure to stop and smell the roses. She even takes a selfie with them! In her latest Instagram post, she shared how she remembers to be “grateful” for all of her experiences.
“I’m in the middle of a whirlwind tour of Central Europe. Every day is exciting and full of events from morning to night, there are photo ops and interviews and book signings, people to meet and greet, smiles and handshakes and hugs to hand out, and it’s all glorious, but it’s also like trying to enjoy art in a museum by speeding through the halls on a motorcycle,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
“There’s no day off. Every day is a workload of at least 12 hours. And that’s packing and unpacking and changing cities and hotels – sometimes every day. And I get asks how I manage to spend all this energy on a daily basis without having the opportunity to refuel, “she explains. “The answer is simple, even if it took me a little time to formulate it in my head. Gratitude.”
“When I was younger I took it all for granted. The attention, the beautiful places I got to visit and the people I met. I think it’s youth. You move to around the world living new experiences without realizing how fleeting special moments are,” she wrote. “You think they’ll last forever. Appreciate them, be thankful for them.
“Gratitude creates joy, which in turn creates more gratitude. Which creates more joy. So it’s a perpetual motion machine. I haven’t really had time to stop and feel the roses. Just long enough to smell one and take a selfie,” she concluded. “But it was a moment of conscious joy, for which I’m grateful, and so I wake up tired and my eyes swollen, but with a smile.”
Of course, Paulina isn’t grateful for a pimple!
In another Instagram post, Paulina didn’t seem too happy as Jeff pointed to her face. A small red mark is clearly visible on the side of her cheek, but it probably would have gone unnoticed if she hadn’t called attention to it.
This time, Paulina kept her caption short, writing, “Is this a PIMPLE? Yes indeed. Maybe because I’m feeling the teenage butterflies again. But this time, I’m not afraid it will ruin my evening.
Jeff commented on his post, writing, “Maybe I kissed that cheek too much.” Paulina replied, “I better turn the other cheek.” One fan commented: ‘That’s a good problem to have’ while another follower wrote: ‘Get a room you two…’
This is Jeff’s first time in Central Europe!
In another Instagram post, Paulina cuddled up next to her new pal as they smiled for a photo inside what appeared to be an airport. “Take my man to my homeland. First time for him in Central Europe and first time for both of us in Bratislava,” she wrote in the caption. “I’m afraid the next few weeks will be one long display of us being cute in Czechia. My apologies. But not really.”
Fans love seeing their relationship. Artist Quinn Cummings commented: ‘I won’t speak for your smile but I have never, ever, NOT ONCE, seen that smile on Jeff. It’s like that dream where you find a new door in your house, you open it and find, “Wait; I have a ballroom? It’s a dream ballroom gilded with a smile, and the world is brighter for it.
Paulina didn’t respond to the comment, but Jeff wrote, “Dear sweetest Quinn, thank you for all the love and support. means the world to me.
