Mina Starsiak was born on the 26th of November 1987 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was raised alongside seven other siblings by her father Casey and mother Karen Laine. Her parents couldn’t work things out and divorced early. Even though Casey and Karen, got married to different persons after the split, they always took parenting seriously. After completing high school in Indianapolis, Mina joined Indiana University Bloomington and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and sociology in 2007.
After graduation, Mina moved back to her hometown Indianapolis. With a career to figure out Mina bought a house for $37,000 with her mother as co-signer. During that time she tried to explore the business side of things. She was given a contract for house renovation for the first time back in 2007. The new company started with one house at a time and as it grew, they simultaneously took renovation on several houses.
