This will be the second child for Karlie and Joshua, who accompanied her to the event, after welcoming their first child – son Levi, who is now two – in March 2021.
Kloss discussed the “special” and “vulnerable” reveal with Emma Chamberlain as she walked the red carpet.
“I don’t know how to style a belly,” she told him, sharing that her last pregnancy was during the coronavirus pandemic.
Karlie also took to Instagram to show off her preparation for the event.
Dressed in a comfortable white robe, Karlie was seen prepping her skin with a Therabody violet light machine in a clip posted to her Stories.

Karlie and Joshua – whose brother and sister-in-law are Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump – were first spotted spending time together at an afterparty for the 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
They waited an entire year before making their first public appearance as a couple. The duo went Instagram official with their relationship in 2014.
Although the two sparked engagement rumors in 2017, they initially scrapped the idea before deciding to start planning their wedding the following year, with Karlie converting to Judaism.
The couple formalized their union in a wedding ceremony held in October 2018, and they had a second event in June 2019.
In October 2020, multiple sources reported that the two planned to bring a child into their lives.
The model later confirmed she was pregnant with a video that was shared on her Instagram the following month, during which she showed off her then growing baby bump.
She gave birth to Levi Joseph in March 2021.
