After his playing career came to an end, Riddick became a pro scout for the Washington Redskins for a few years before being elevated to the position of Director of Pro Personnel. He was employed by the Philadelphia Eagles as a pro scout in 2008. On February 3, 2010, He was promoted to Director of Pro Personnel.
