Lisa Rinna is focusing on her acting career after leaving ‘Volatile’ The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
In a new interview, Rinna said she quit the Bravo series largely because the fanbase had become toxic.
“I mean, we were getting death threats – some of the most horrible things I’ve ever seen in print in my life, and that’s a reality show! It’s a stupid show! she said in a recent conversation with the Evening Standard’s ES Magazine.

Rinna said she couldn’t take it anymore.
“I thought, ‘It’s time to go.’ I don’t know how much longer that can exist in the air, to be honest with you,” she explained. “I didn’t want to live like this – I don’t think it’s healthy.”
Rinna, 59, spent eight seasons on the hit show but said fans have changed in recent years.
“The way the fan base reacts to the show is not the same as when I started,” she explained.
The TV personality and entrepreneur said she struggled with the decision to leave until her late mother Lois, who died in 2021, came to see her in a dream and encouraged her to leave the show .
“It’s so crazy, because half the world will believe it, half the world will say, ‘That’s so weird.’ I was sleeping and I heard her say to me: “It’s time for you to leave”, recalls Rinna.
Now that she’s gone RHOBHTHE days of our lives alum is lining up for acting jobs.
“I have two acting gigs coming up which is really exciting,” she said, but declined to elaborate until the plans were officially announced.
Rinna announced her exit from RHOBH in January.
“This is the longest job I’ve had in my 35-year career and I’m grateful to everyone at Bravo and everyone involved with the show,” she said in a statement. at the time. “It’s been a fun eight year run and I’m excited for what’s to come!”
Some outlets reported that Rinna and Bravo had “mutually decided” to part ways after her contract expired. But many fans have suggested on social media that she was fired following arguments with Kathy Hilton, Kim Richards, Lisa Vanderpump and Garcelle Beauvais.
A month after Rinna’s release, Beauvais sat down for an interview on Sherri and discussed the departure of his former co-star.
“I’m fine,” Beauvais said, after being asked what she thought of Rinna’s exit. “Yeah, I’m so good. Period. You know what, listen, she came on the show and made her mark, but now it’s time to do something new.
