Bravo beauty Kyle Richards has hit the gym more often this year.
And the 54-year-old reality star proved it again this weekend with a new social media post.
On Sunday night, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star – who showed off her ribs last week – posted an image to her Insta Stories where she flexed her arm muscles.
Her arm looked very well defined as if she was lifting weights daily.
The mother-of-four looked into her mobile phone as she took the mirror selfie in the gym while wearing sportswear and a cap.

Strong Woman: Bravo beauty Kyle Richards has been hitting the gym more often this year. And the 54-year-old reality star proved it again this weekend with a new social media post. Kyle wore a black tank top over her black bra that matched her black sports watch as she wore navy blue leggings.
His trucker cap had a green camo theme.
“Serious arm goals,” the photo read.
Last week she responded on social media to fans worried about his slimmed down physique.
The star sparked concerns after her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Dorit Kemsley, 46, posted a since-deleted photo from the cast in Spain that showed Kyle’s ribs protruding.
“The photo they’re referencing sucked me in because of the type of dress I was wearing,” Kyle commented on Instagram about the photo, according to a Thursday post by Page Six.
‘What I see now was not pretty. I am actually a healthy weight. I eat very well and I train every day. Anyone who knows me can attest to that,” she added.
The image sparked concern among Kyle’s fans who worried about his recent weight loss, which had previously prompted the star to deny using the diabetes drug Ozempic.

“Anyone else worried about Kyle?” one fan commented.
“Kyle needs an intervention,” said another.
‘Kyles Ribs. Ouch,” one wrote.
“Hope Kyle isn’t sick,” wrote another.
Some speculated that she was simply holding her breath to look thinner: “Kyle looks weird! Why is she holding her breath. We understand that you are thin, but this is too much.
“Kyle??? Wayyyyy too thin. Even though she sucks. Intervention time,” another wrote.
“Breathe Kyle, not a good look,” posted another.
But not everyone was mad at the weight loss – one Instagram user defended Kyle and suggested her “flabby ribs” were due to an “awkward” pose she struck.

Some speculated that she was simply holding her breath to look thinner: “Kyle looks weird! Why is she holding her breath. We understand that you are thin but it’s too much ‘

Inked: Her ‘111’ tattoo was also visible in the look
‘Body shaming is awful! Take control of people – @kylerichards18 is extremely petite and her ribs are sticking out of an awkward posture, possibly holding her breath more than likely. Soaring ribs occur in all body types,” she wrote.
Kyle’s weight loss journey has been the subject of intense speculation over the past year.
She had to deny using Ozempic, a diabetes drug that causes weight loss, on several occasions.
“After gaining weight over the summer – July 15 – after getting off the boat, I said, ‘That’s it. I have no sugar, no carbs, no alcohol,’ Richards explained during an appearance on the Two T’s In a Pod podcast with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge in January.
“A lot of people think I took Ozempic. To clarify, I’ve never taken Ozempic,” she said.
She added that she was also not taking Mounjaro, another diabetes medication, or “any of the vaccines” such as Wegovy or Saxenda.
Richards explained that she initially planned to cut back on sugar, carbs and alcohol for “maybe two or three weeks,” but she continued when she saw the benefits.
“I started losing weight and I felt so good. I was like ‘why should I go back to this?’ Richards shared.
“So I still haven’t had any alcohol at all, and you know, I’ll take a bite of birthday cake here and there but that’s it,” she clarified.

Good old-fashioned diet and exercise: She attributed her weight loss to healthy eating and exercise after being forced to deny using the diabetes drug Ozempic
She also addressed rumors that she had undergone surgery to lose weight, revealing that she had only gone under the knife once for a breast reduction.
“I had a breast reduction. I wanted a tummy tuck because of the skin from having four babies, the excess skin,” she added.
“Because no matter how hard you train, you’ll still have that skin, if it’s not removed,” Richards continued.
She gave more details about her diet in the comments to a bikini snap she posted in January.
‘NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruits and vegetables. Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will occasionally have a small amount of pasta etc. But no alcohol since July 15,” she confirmed.
“I train every day. Pursue between running, cycling, hiking and yoga. Weight and belly every day,” she added.
