Jonathan Majors entered court in New York on Tuesday with the support of his girlfriend Meagan Good.
THE Creed III the actor, 33, was accompanied by the Harlem actress, 41, during his appearance in Manhattan Criminal Court, while facing charges of misdemeanor assault and harassment.
Judge Rachel S. Pauley has set an August 3 trial date in the case, stemming from Majors’ arrest on domestic violence allegations involving a 30-year-old former girlfriend.
The actor was taken into custody on March 25.
A police spokesman said at the time the alleged victim suffered minor head and neck injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital in a stable condition.

The following day, Majors was arraigned on charges of assault, attempted assault, harassment and aggravated harassment.
The accuser alleges Majors pulled her finger, punched and cut her ear, twisted her arm behind her back and pushed her into a vehicle during the March incident.
In April, the woman obtained a full temporary injunction against Majors.
During his court appearance on Tuesday, the judge urged Majors to continue to abide in full by the court’s protective order for the alleged victim, according to The Associated Press.
Priya Chaudhry, the Majors’ attorney, released a statement for Urban Hollywood 411 Tuesday morning, denying all allegations of abuse, saying the evidence proves the actor is innocent and was attacked by his ex.
“Last week we provided additional compelling evidence to the district attorney,” Chaudhry said. “We have also provided photographs illustrating the injuries she inflicted on Mr. Majors.”
Chaudhry then urged the district attorney to dismiss all charges against the actor and bring legal action against the alleged victim.
Majors recently starred in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. In addition to his roles in Marvel, Majors has had roles in HBO’s Lovecraft Country, as well as in movies The more they fall And Dedication.
The actor is also set to appear in upcoming projects like Avengers: Kang Dynasty And Avengers: Secret Wars.
