The 29-year-old fitness influencer has shared three different photos and a video in which she shows off her fit physique and gives her followers some inspiring words of wisdom!

In another recent Instagram post, the popular fitness model put on a steamy display as she struck her signature pose in a teeny tiny thong bikini. The silver fabric pops against Jen’s sun-kissed skin as she stands with one leg bent at an angle in front of her, showing off her defined leg muscles.
She stands barefoot at the water’s edge as she poses with one arm straight at her side and the other bent at an angle behind her head. Jen looks over one shoulder at the camera as her long brown hair falls in loose waves around her shoulders.

Along with the photo, Jen also shared a quick clip in which she pushed her long dark hair back from her face. Fans were smitten with what they called her “sparkly mermaid bikini,” which was filled with small, colorful floral laces sewn into the top and bottom of the bikini.
Jen’s toned abs are on full display in this photo as she pulls down a long lock of brown hair. Jen also wore her signature gold-band Guess watch around her wrist, but seemed to ditch all other jewelry for this steamy photo shoot.
