Rymir SatterthwaiteJay-Z’s alleged 30-year-old son has revealed NEW details about the alleged 1992 romance between his mother Wanda Satterthwaite and the rapper.

Through a signed 2015 affidavit that Rymir provided to daily mail, we have more details on the alleged affair. Wanda claims they met when the world-famous rapper went by the nickname “Roc.” The documents claim that Jay-Z – born Shawn Carter – met Wanda in Philadelphia through her friend, Kaleesha Allen. She also signed the affidavit as the sole eyewitness to the alleged encounter.
When Wanda was 16, her names were “Carmel” and “Precious”. She explained in the doc that the “Hard Knock Life” rapper was six years her senior when they allegedly met. According to Wanda, they had sex at her aunt’s house in Brooklyn.
The document, which was signed on February 25, 2015, by a New Jersey notary, begins with “Affidavit of Relationship Between Wanda Satterthwaite and Shawn Carter.”
Rymir’s mother wrote, “I, Wanda Satterthwaite, am writing these allegations about my relationship with Shawn C. Carter. I met Shawn Corey Carter in the fall of 1992 and he identifies as “Rock” through my friend Kaleesha Allen, who is [an] eye-witness.
“Mr. Carter and a friend came to Philadelphia to pick me and Kaleesha up from the 24th and Bolton St. neighborhood in Philadelphia,” Wanda recalled.
Although more than 30 years have passed, Wanda is said to have described the two-bedroom apartment she claims Hov drove her to and the exact haircut he was wearing.
“Shawn was wearing a black Woolrich hoodie and a hat, and his hair was in a little afro, but once we left his aunt’s house, he put on a black leather jacket.”
After reaching the apartment, Wanda says the group “drank and talked and danced” before his “girlfriend left for the bedroom with Shawn’s friend, and [she] went with Shawn [to the other room].”
Wanda claimed that although “Shawn and I had safe sex”, the condom “broke”. She added that she had only seen Jay-Z once. Wanda claimed to have returned with her unnamed friend “two weeks later to see her” and Allen.
“Shawn asked me to go with him, but I told him I couldn’t because my mom would be upset,” Wanda said. “I didn’t see him again until a year later on TV, but didn’t have a clue of his real name until later and didn’t know how to reach him.”
Jay-Z’s team denies Rymir paternity for 10 years
As stated previously, Wanda died of heart failure aged 43 and fought legally to prove Rymir’s paternity until her death in 2019.
Prior to her transition, the relentless mother gave her son’s godmother, Lillie, custody of Rymir, who fought to have Jay-Z submit his DNA for testing on Wanda’s behalf in 2012.
The “Hard Knock Life” rapper’s legal team denied paternity of Rymir for nearly a decade.
Amid Jay and Wanda’s adventure, she was involved in an on-going relationship with her high school sweetheart, Robert Graves. Wanda never shared her famous affair with Robert, who signed Rymir’s birth certificate.
However, Wanda later admitted the truth when Rymir started to look more like Jigga than Robert. After taking a DNA test after the litigation began, they determined that Robert was not Rymir’s biological father. She quickly removed her name from the birth certificate.
Jay-Z has been married to international superstar Beyoncé for 15 years and the two share three children, Blue Ivy, 11, and twins Rumi and Sir, 5.
