Odumodublvck, a young Nigerian rapper, recently sparked controversy with a remark he made regarding Asake and Olamide.
He jokingly stated that he doesn’t understand why Olamide and Asake continue to keep their song at the top of the music charts.
In a now-deleted tweet, Odumodu made the claim and said he was unsure of their motivation to dethrone other musicians.
The “Declan Rice” singer claimed that since they’ve already been successful in life, it’s frustrating for them to always be competing for the top spot with other up-and-coming artists.
Odumodublvck wrote; “I don’t know if Olamide Baddo and Asake win as number one. The people we don’t already make for life. mscheeew!!!”
The post triggered people on social media and when fans started attacking him, the rapper deleted his tweet.
