Former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani is being sued for $10 million by a former associate, and she has the receipts in the form of tapes and emails. Noelle Dunphy is suing the former New York mayor for sexual assault and harassment, theft of wages and other misconduct, alleging he made “sexual demands” and made “drinking dialogue that included sexist remarks, racist and anti-Semitic”. Dunphy started working for Giuliani in 2019 as director of business development, and her lawsuit says that after he took her to New York and after a few drinks, “Giuliani then pulled his head on his penis, without asking or obtain any form of consent. He was holding her by the hair.” She saw no way out and gave in.

Giuliani often demanded that Dunphy work naked, in a bikini or in short shorts with an American flag on it that he bought her, according to the lawsuit.
“When they were apart, they often worked remotely via video conference, and during those conferences Giuliani almost always asked him to undress in front of the camera. He often called from his bed, where he visibly touched himself under a white sheet,” said the lawsuit said.
