Insiders think ‘The Golden Bachelor’ will be ‘touching’ for viewers
Former “Bachelorette” Gabby Windey’s beloved grandpa John has been mentioned multiple times on the platforms about the show!
Insiders affiliated with the show are optimistic about the viewership and reaction to the show.
When discussing it with Variety, Disney executive Rob Mills was optimistic about the show’s reception in 2020.
Mills told the outlet, βSome of the casting interviews we had were so touching. “It’s such a different way of doing ‘The Bachelor’ because these people are just in a different place. There’s an interesting thing about people who have reached the other end of the spectrum, who have lived their lives , raised their children, widowed or divorced, and maybe some have never been in love. We thought that would be an interesting dynamic through the ‘bachelor’ lens,” Mills said.
“The Golden Bachelor” will air in September, after “The Bachelorette.” βBachelorβ alumnus Charity Lawson has accepted the franchise rose to lead the show through its final season!
βBachelor In Paradiseβ will also air in the fall.
