Star Wars Day is back!

The annual holiday is celebrated on May 4 every year, when “May the force be with you” becomes “May the fourth be with you”.

“Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away…” Last month, Lucasfilm managed to nab several actors appearing at Star Wars Celebration to read these ten words and compiled them into a video for Star Wars Day.

The video features Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Lee Jung-jae (from The Acolyte), Amandla Stenberg (The Acolyte), Ashley Eckstein (the voice of the anime Ahsoka Tano), Andy Serkis (from Andor), Joonas Suotamo (Chewbacca), Cameron Monaghan (Cal Kestis), Ming-Na Wen (Fennec Shan), Vivien Lyra Blair (Young Leia Organa), Warwick Davis (Wicket) and his family!

Early Thursday morning, the actress daisy ridleywho plays Rey in the ‘Star Wars’ sequel trilogy and will reprise her role in a new ‘Star Wars’ film, shared a throwback to the premiere of ‘The Rise of Skywalker’ in London, England on December 18 2019.

Actor Marc Hamilwho played Luke Skywalker, tweeted: “May the fourth be Carrie Frances Fisher’s day as she receives her richly deserved honor on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.”

Carrie’s star will be the 2,754 star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and will be located at 6840 Hollywood Boulevard near the El Captain Theater. Ellen K, iHeart Media personality and Walk of Famer, will host the ceremony. Carrie’s daughter, Billie Heavywill accept the star on behalf of his mother.
