The wife of Hollywood veteran Bruce Willis has been advocating for mental health since her husband was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
Although Heming did not see this disease coming, she did everything she could to care for her husband and gain knowledge about the disease. More recently, she used her accumulated brain health knowledge to start a critical business.

She recently launched a new brand of supplements to support brain wellness in line with the former model’s passion. Heming announced the big product news on his Instagram with a photo of her holding the product and a close-up shot showing the product.
In the caption, Heming announced, “So happy to share a passion project I’ve been working on for the past few years, @maketimewellness. Make Time is a wellness line for busy women. Our supplements support ‘Your 🧠Brain, 🧘🏽 ♀️Body and 💋Beauty” in that order.
She further stated that a portion of the proceeds from sales would be donated to a charity supporting brain health research before ending the caption with a reminder of her purpose. She said: “I am committed to using my voice to raise awareness for caregivers and dementia because it is through action, education and conversation that change happens 🌈💗”
During a conversation with PEOPLE About the brand’s focus, the former La Senza spokesperson revealed that brain health is often overlooked. However, her view of brain health changed her experience of short-term memory and fog.
Explaining her experience, the model said: ‘My brain was in pain and I could feel it. Why is the focus on the rest of our body when our brain is our greatest asset and the one we should take care of? I found that when you put your brain first and take care of your brain, your whole body benefits. »
According to the British model, this new project is unique to her, given her experience and journey as a caregiver to her husband.
“For me, it’s really about connecting to a community and being open and able to talk about dementia and taking away that stigma that there’s no shame around it. I learn through the process.
Before the end of the conversation with the media, the winner of “The British Elle Supermodel” said that she had the support of an expert.
“I can call an expert and talk to some of the most amazing doctors,” Hemming said. “So I guess I have a new purpose, and I’m so excited to share what I’m learning with everyone. It’s like a fire has been lit. This is my new purpose, and I There.

The British model can’t stop defending her husband

She took to Instagram to let the world know that she would not let up on her efforts for her husband. In the posted video, she was seen in a blue top with her brunette curls falling over her shoulders. The former runway star opted for a no-makeup face, adding animal print glasses.
The 44-year-old began her post by saying, “I just saw something about me getting my five minutes which is awesome. Which means you listen,” the Malta native continued. “So I’m going to take my five minutes, and I’m going to do ten because I’m always going to stand up for my husband.”
