Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, known professionally by his stage name Davido, and talent manager, Ubi Franklin, called a fake Twitter page posing as Chioma.
The duo took to their individual Twitter accounts on Tuesday to reveal that Davido’s wife, Chioma, does not have a Twitter account and warned social media users to disregard tweets from the fake page.
In a trending disclaimer along with a screenshot, Ubi Franklin explained that the particular page with a similar username to Chioma’s Instagram page is fake and only impersonates She.
He tweeted: “This page is impersonating Chief Chi. Please disregard any tweets from this Twitter handle. Thank you.”
Retweeting Franklin’s warning message on his official account, Davido noted that “Chioma doesn’t have a Twitter.”
