Bob played for both the Detroit Tigers and the Kansas City Royals in 1996. He joined the Houston Astros two years later. Bob was a member of the Houston Astros from 1998 to 2000 before joining the Milwaukee Brewers. He retired from professional baseball after departing the Montreal Expos in 2001.
