Bob Kelly is an American award-winning reporter currently working for FOX 29. Bob became a part of the FOX 29 news team back in October 2014 as a reporter for good day Philadelphia.
He started his career as a radio disc jockey, working alongside Jerry Blavat, The Geator. Bob is currently an American Reporter working for Fox 29. He joined the station in October 2014 as a Traffic Reporter for Good Day Philadelphia.
Also, Kelly co-hosted the Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Parade for over 15 years. Before Joining Fox 29 Bob was a Traffic Anchor for 13 years at CBS 3 in Philadelphia. Kelly became the first Philadelphia traffic anchor to do his reports in front of the green screen.
Bob has entertained sports fans on the Jumbotron at the Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers games, and with his popular segment “Tailgate Takeover,” before Eagles games. He worked up and down the dial at Philly’s hottest radio stations until traffic became news as well as joined KYW News Radio with Traffic on the 2s.

Or I’ll tell people, ‘Don’t forget, Kelly Drive is closed this weekend,’ and then I’ll drive right into it and get stuck in a line of cars. Then I gotta keep my head down because I don’t want anyone to say, ‘Hey, isn’t that Bob Kelly? He’s stuck in traffic!’”
